When I started experimenting with photography in 2008, I had no clue what was in store for me long term. I had just purchased my first camera and decided to help out some friends who needed event photos. One year later, I was asked by a friend to assist at a wedding and I reluctantly said yes. Wedding photography was actually the last thing I ever wanted to do, but after shooting my first few weddings, I realized that I loved it! I found great fulfillment in helping couples re-live the most exhilarating day of their lives through the work I created. I soon decided to devote all of my efforts towards learning the art and craft of wedding photography. Through research, learning on-the-go, and constant practice, I eventually became a professional wedding photographer and discovered a passion that I never really set out to find.
Photography has been an incredible journey so far. I am grateful to have worked in so many different places doing what I love, and even more than that, I appreciate each and every couple who trusts me to capture their most important moments. That trust inspires me to continuously aim for the perfect balance between creative expression and honest documentation. I am truly passionate about what I do, and I hope to work with many more amazing couples who want to create great work together. My current home is based in Indianapolis, Indiana, however I'm excited to go wherever is necessary. If my style does appeal to you, please get in touch. I'd be happy to meet you!

Each couple that I work with tells me that their wedding day went by entirely too fast. They spent months planning and investing in one day that goes by in what seems like only a few minutes. It's one of the most enjoyable days they have, but it flies by. For many, it's also the one opportunity where friends and family from both sides come together and celebrate such an occasion. I love being a part of these moments, adding to the enjoyment and capturing images that allow couples to relive their wedding day and share it with others. These moments never get old to me and I'm constantly inspired by the opportunity to capture them photographically. I'm also grateful to every couple that allows me to do what I love and to play a role in their wedding story.
